Mrs. Lia (Kunnapas) Aloia, an alumna of the Class of 2009, is a business teacher and development associate at Immaculate Heart Academy. She is also the coach of the Varsity Swim Team. Mrs. Aloia graduated from Colgate University in 2013 with a B.A. degree in history, minoring in sociology and anthropology. She also earned an M.A.T. degree from St. Peter’s University.

Mrs. Aloia said she is excited to return to her alma mater and once again, “challenge the young women of IHA to be critical and innovative thinkers and leaders in their communities and beyond.”  Mrs. Aloia’s three younger sisters also attended IHA: Mariel ’11, Katrina ’13, and Kristin ’16.
