Mrs. Caitlin Zonkowski is a social studies teacher at Immaculate Heart Academy. She is also the moderator of the Military Awareness Club and the Mock Trial Club at IHA.

 

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in adolescent history education and special education, as well as a Master of Science degree in literacy for grades 5-12 from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York. Mrs. Zonkowski taught sixth through eighth grade social studies for five years and was the lead social studies teacher at her previous school.

 

“I am most excited to teach young girls to think critically, learn about the achievements of women throughout history, and expand their sense of what is possible for them,” Mrs. Zonkowski said.
