Cross Country

The 2025 IHA Cross Country Team continued the program’s success with the Varsity Team leading the way, capturing both the Big North Conference Championship and the Bergen County Group Championship in dominant fashion. The Varsity Team, with a large contingent of underclass students, swept the 2025 Division E Championship, which, according to northjersey.com, makes them “the youngest group of athletes ever to qualify for the Bergen Meet of Champions.” Additionally, at the NJSIAA State Group Championships at Holmdel Park, the Varsity Team finished sixth overall against the top programs in the state. The Junior Varsity Team continued to prove that IHA’s strength runs deep, posting key wins throughout the season, including a commanding victory at the Doc Braver North Jersey Invitational and the Doc Braver North Jersey Championships. Their steady improvement and leadership made the JV Team an essential part of the program’s success. The Freshman Team showcased tremendous potential, winning the Big North Conference, Bergen County Group Championships, Doc Braver North Jersey Championships, and the NJ Catholic Track Conference Championships.
