The 2025 IHA Varsity Lacrosse season was about more than what showed up on a scoreboard. It was about the grit, heart, and relentless effort the team brought every single day. Ranked third in Bergen County, IHA Lacrosse players did not just wear the IHA jersey — they honored it. The team played for each other, not for recognition, and that made their bond of sisterhood grow even stronger. We are incredibly proud of IHA Lacrosse for a season full of pride, toughness, and unforgettable moments! For its part, the JV Lacrosse Team also developed long-lasting friendships as the team supported and encouraged each other throughout the season. The JV team was great on defense and played tough against some of the top teams in New Jersey. The team was led by a strong group of four sophomores who supported younger players to embrace the confusing zone defense process, complete the dreaded buddy sprints, learn the fun conditioning game of Log Tag, and embody the heart of IHA by never giving up on the field, no matter the score.
