Ms. Shannon Flatt is the head coach of the Varsity Field Hockey Team at Immaculate Heart Academy. She played field hockey and women’s golf at Fairleigh Dickinson University and graduated in 2025 with a B.A. in psychology. She is currently working toward an M.A. in elementary and special education, to be completed in 2026.

Coach Flatt began her high school coaching career at IHA in 2025. Prior to coaching at IHA, she coached youth field hockey for Centercourt Sports and Falcon FHC. She is excited to grow IHA Field Hockey to be one of the top field hockey programs in the NEFHL.

Ms. Flatt is currently student teaching in 2nd grade for the Upper Saddle River School District as she completes her M.A. in elementary and special education.
