Faith in Action 2025
On November 20, 2025, nearly 80 students were joined by several non-profit organizations for Faith in Action: An Evening of Service at IHA. This inaugural event, hosted by Campus Ministry, brought together students and three non-profit organizations for an inspiring evening of Faith and service.
In attendance were representatives from Villa Marie Claire, a residential hospice in Saddle River that focuses on the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort of patients and their families; Heart of Hannah, a Faith-based social service agency in Clifton dedicated to the empowerment of women and families through housing assistance and educational programs; and Family Promise, a non-profit organization in Ridgewood that provides support to families facing housing and food insecurities, as well as programs to help them become self-sufficient.
Students learned about each of these organizations before engaging in service projects with the non-profits, which included writing notes to hospice patients, wrapping gifts, assembling goodie bags, and creating bracelets with encouraging messages. The evening was an inspiring reminder of how our students consistently embrace the message of the Gospel to use their talents and treasures to help those in need.
Thank you to Campus Ministry, IHA chaperones, Villa Marie Claire, Heart of Hannah, and Family Promise for making this evening possible for our students.
