On April 23, 2015, the Immaculate Heart Academy National Art Honor Society held Art@theheart an art exhibition celebrating the work of students in grades five through eight.

Immaculate Heart Academy has always been a school that has prided itself on young women with a commitment to living the Gospel message in the 21st Century. Year after year, IHA’s students spend countless hours giving of their time and talent at the service of the most vulnerable members of our society.

January 18, 1948 – March 2, 2015

Ms. Marilyn Rich began her career at IHA in September of 1969 after graduating from Rosemont College. At twenty-one years old, she was just a few years older than the seniors she taught.

This year the IHA Photography Club held its second annual photo contest. The winning photographs are being printed as blank note cards to raise money for the IHA Financial Aid Fund in support of families in need here at IHA.

The IHA National Art Honor Society cordially invites 5th-8th grade students to participate in Art@theheart, an art exhibition celebrating the art of local students. The Art@theheart reception will be held Thursday, April 23 from 7-9 p.m.

IHA senior, Jaclyn Scerbak, received the best news of her high school career on March 24, 2015; she was accepted to The Ailey School/Fordham University Dance B.F.A. program.

On March 26, 2015, the 55 sophomores of the St. Brigid Society heard from a career panel made up of six successful and inspiring alumnae.

Hannah Matts’17 recently completed this year's United States Equestrian Federation’s (USEF) High School Equestrian Athlete program.

On April 13 at 7 p.m., IHA will welcome world-renowned harpists, Gráinne Hambly and William Jackson, for a special concert.
