Ms. Charlotte Davidson '19, is the coordinator of the fitness center and sport performance at Immaculate Heart Academy. She graduated summa cum laude from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a minor in sports nutrition. She has also earned her certificate in strength and conditioning from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

 

In addition to working at IHA, Ms. Davidson is also a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer at Holy Name Medical Center's medically-based gym. She graduated from Immaculate Heart Academy in 2019.
