Part-Time Raiser's Edge Database Manager

 

Immaculate Heart Academy in the Twp. of Washington, NJ seeks a part-time database manager who is fluent in Raiser's Edge software for its busy fundraising office. Candidate will be expected to oversee regular reporting from the school’s Raiser’s Edge database, including gift entry, gift acknowledgments, queries, importing constituent records, exports, reports for various internal departments.Expert knowledge of importing data essential. Additionally, the candidate will be charged with maintaining the integrity of the database by establishing regular system checks, such as clean-up queries and reports. He/she should have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Competency in Microsoft Office is expected.

 

Two-three days per week.

 

Experience:

Raiser's Edge: 3 years
