Mr. Leandro Caudilla is a mathematics teacher at IHA. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and education and a Master of Arts degree in mathematics education, both from Manuel S. Enverga University, Philippines. Mr. Caudilla also received a certificate in teaching physics from Philippines Normal University.
