On the afternoon of November 16, 2023, fifteen IHA student-athletes officially signed to their colleges and universities. The athletes who signed their National Letter of Intent were:

- Samantha McGee (Davidson College – Soccer)
- Lindsay Probst (Fordham University – Soccer)
- Abigail Romero (Bucknell University – Track and Field)
- Marisa Flores (Quinnipiac University – Golf)
- Selena Cieszko (University of Scranton – Basketball)
- Angelina Escobinas (College of Mount Saint Vincent – Basketball)
- Bryana Saenz (Arcadia University – Volleyball)
- Kalena Stavish (Salve Regina University – Volleyball)
- Carson Bielen (The University of North Carolina at Charlotte – Lacrosse)
- Abigail Hoffman (Kenyon College – Lacrosse)
- Alexandra Kucharz (Boston University – Lacrosse)
- Gianna DiMeglio (Siena College – Softball)
Over their four years at IHA, these signees have accumulated more than 1,600 service hours combined and are members of the National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, History National Honor Society, Math National Honor Society, Art National Honor Society, and Spanish National Honor Society. In addition to their impressive grades and academic achievements, these student-athletes also have a combined total of 29 league championships, 10 county championships, and 23 state titles, as well as several national and all-American recognition titles.
