Students interested in donating MUST:

• MUST bring a valid photo ID with your date of birth.  
  
• Students who are 16
  ​ & 17​
  may donate but must see Mrs. O'Sullivan for a parent permission slip and must also bring a photo ID with date of birth on the day of the blood drive.
  
• Any student interested in donating blood MUST sign up during lunch OR see Mrs. O'Sullivan in Room 103.
  
• Students may not donate during a period you have a lab or a test.
  
• Students who are planning to take part in strenuous activity the same day MAY NOT DONATE (this includes athletes).
