Mr. Paul McGinnis is a guidance counselor at IHA. He is also the Ski & Snowboard Club moderator and the coach of IHA Bowling and J.V. Tennis. Mr. McGinnis received a B.A. degree in history from Montclair State University, in addition to completing a Teacher Certification Program to be a teacher of social studies. He received a master's degree in social work from Rutgers University and is also a Licensed Social Worker.

Mr. McGinnis has more than 35 years of experience in the worlds of counseling and teaching. This is his seventh year at IHA. "I am very enthusiastic about the many opportunities IHA has to offer its students and the community at large," Mr. McGinnis said. "Not only is IHA an excellent academic institution, but it also fosters a great spiritual, athletic, and communal atmosphere. I am proud to be part of the IHA community and thankful to all who make this school the outstanding place it is."
