Mrs. Maria Sardis brings eighteen years of playing experience and knowledge in field hockey rules and regulations. Her most recent coaching job was with Mystx Club Field Hockey in Feasterville, Pennsylvania as both head and assistant field hockey coach from December 2014 through June 2021. Mrs. Sardis currently works as a first grade special education teacher at Memorial Elementary School in Maywood. She said she is thrilled to be a part of “IHA’s tremendous athletic program and have the opportunity to add field hockey into the mix.”

“I look forward to cultivating a team community where the girls can push each other to be their best both on and off the field,” she said. “I am fully dedicated and excited for the upcoming season and look forward to getting started!”
