Our first-ever “Mis”cast of Characters Cabaret, presented in conjunction with Don Bosco Prep Performing Arts, was held on February 7, 2020 at IHA. Students from both schools performed numbers from shows in which they wouldn’t traditionally be cast. Performers sang hits from Aida, Wicked, Aladdin, Hamilton, and Hercules, just to name a few. Thank you to the many individuals who helped to make this inaugural cabaret a success including the IHA and DBP administrators; Ms. Maureen McNulty, IHA director of the performing arts; Ms. Barbara Donatacci, IHA music director; Brooke DeBettignies, DBP theater program director; and Toni Cecere, DBP theater arts advisor. Special thanks to the IHA International Thespian Society Executive Board, including Allison Sandt’20, Jenna Clover’20, Mary Farlese’20, Angelina Boris’21, Olivia DeMartini’21, and Logan Applin’20. Set Decoration was done by Ms. McNulty, Mrs. Lisa Encke, IHA director of the arts; and members of the IHA National Art Honor Society.
