The IHA Swim Team had another successful season in 2023-2024, finishing with an 11-0 record. The team captured its thirty-third consecutive league title, and its twenty-fifth consecutive Bergen County title. In the NJSIAA State Tournament, the team defeated Pingry 102-68 to win the Non-Public North Sectional Title and Trinity Hall 87-69 to capture the team's twenty-seventh state title. The team finished #2 in the NJ.Com Top 20 ranking of the 2023-24 season. Congratulations to Coach Lia on being named Girls Swimming Coach of the Year for the 2023-24 season by NJ.com. In addition to being the head coach of IHA's swim team, Ms. Lia Kunnapas '09, is also a history teacher at IHA and the freshman soccer coach.
